With the drawer side facing you, place the grated tray on the base, ensuring the grate is directly above the drawer. NOTE: The system is built to funnel urine to the grate, so it's important to align the grate above the drawer. 2. Place the sidewall on top of the base, with the opening facing you (it sits to the left of the drawer). Hang the scoop on the sidewall wherever you prefer. 3. Pull out the drawer, insert one cat pad (soft side up), and close. 4. Fill the top portion of the box with 7lbs of litter pellets (use both 3.5lb bags included). 5. Scoop out solid waste and dispose of daily. NOTE: Pellets do not clump and waste won't be completely buried. 6. Add more pellets as needed. We recommend that you replace the pellets completely once a month. 7. Slide drawer out to check and replace pad. Drawer can be rotated to extend pad life. 8. Drawer can be pulled out completely to easily toss the used pad without touching it. Once empty, put a fresh pad into the drawer and re-insert into the base. Instructions Expert Tips Be patient. This litter is perfect for our household. We only have one cat that we got completely on accident, when we found her in our field. We already are Ferret parents, so we need litter that was safe to them. Traditional litter travels around the house on the cat, this does not. Also, you scoop this box daily and change the urine pad weekly. I was nervous about this as cat urine has a very strong odor. No worries you can't smell a thing, unless it's right after kitty has gone potty but smell leaves quickly. I have already recommend this to two people who have both also bought this system. I live in a small apartment and have to have the litter box in a very open space where everyone can smell it. We recently added another cat to our home and the smell was way to much and extremely hard to keep up with. I purchased the breeze litter box and I never smell anything at all! I am so relieved it really works. My two cats both use the same litter box. I scoop it and change the pad every couple days. Great odor control and one of my cats used it within a few minutes of setting it up. They have only used it for pee as of now, but they are checking it out at least. The only downside is the size. I wish it was longer and a little wider. My cats are larger and they have issues with the size. Most amazing litter system 9 May 19
Hands down this is a life changer if you have a fur baby!! No one even knows I have a cat till they see her because this system is amazing at preventing odor! My cat happens to be high maintaince and I happen to be ocd so I change the pads twice a week instead of weekly and I change the pellets twice a month instead of monthly! But it is worth the money!! And I truly don't think it's much more than regular old litter anyway! Absolutely love it! 23 Apr 19
I have two cats and this thing is fantastic!! I had a friend who had 3 cats and two of these in her little apartment living room/dining room area and you would not have guessed it cause the place never smelled like litter boxes. So I decided to give it a try and now I have two. The only thing I wish is that there was a larger size option because one of my cats is a very big boy and just barely fits his big butt into it. I love it! Youngest cat (8 mths) has this on the main level but our old cat (14yrs) still prefers the old litter style in the basement As the human that does the cleaning thumbs up to the breeze system! I bought this system because I was so fed up with the dust and debris from clumping litter. My two cats took to it within a week - so the transition was not hard at all. Good idea this -- but it needs a dome. My one cat has become a little manic and kicks the pellets out of the box - I don't know why - but this happens several times a day.
